Backup Camera Navigation System Interface

Interface systems for use with the navigation systems on most vehicles are also available. This innovative device allows up to two independent video sources to be viewed on the factory installed navigation display by seamlessly converting composite video inputs to separate R, G, B, and Sync wire signals.

These video inputs can be used for a backup camera or any other video source. The PNVI is a single programmable interface that uses vehicle specific harnesses to integrate video into Acura, Audi, BMW, GM, Honda, Infiniti, Landrover, Nissan, Toyota, and VW's with OEM navigation displays. This allows for an easy plug and play installation and a dual purpose navigation screen.

PART# VCI-X:

Universal Video Back Up Camera Interface for Factory Navigation Monitors.

Converts the composite video source of a back-up camera to separate R,G,B and sync wire signals.
Built in switcher. The device will switch between original video source (navigation video source) or the external video back-up camera.
Brightness controls.
R,G,B and Sync bare wire inputs. R,G,B, and Sync bare wire outputs.
Small size: 3.75" x 3" x 1.19". Can be hidden in many places, including behind radios in most vehicles.
Universal interface for vehicles with no Plug and Play solutions. Cutting and splicing will be required.
New Feature added! Reverse light trigger input. No additional relay required.

PART# VCI-GM1:

The VCI-GM1 comes with a VCI-X (above) with a special interface ribbon cable.
Converts GM SUV radios with factory Navigation (built into the radio), to a Video Backup Camera Monitor.
Takes a few minutes to convert GM radios with built in Navigation to a back-up video monitor.
Great for lease vehicles. Quickly convert radio back to OEM specifications within minutes.
No soldering or tools needed to modify radio. Replace factory ribbon cable with VCI-X's ribbon cable and you are done! Revert back to stock quickly for lease returns!
Great for customers with SUV's that keep backing into lowered Honda's.

Note: Not all vehicles will have Plug & Play solutions. Hard wiring will be required on some vehicles.

PART# VCI-GM2:

The VCI-GM2 is the same as the VCI-GM1 but for GM Navigation radio's with touch screen. Note: Will only work for Delphi made radios. Will not work for Denso made radios which includes the new Corvettes and XLR with Navigation radio. If your radio does not look like the above picture then the VCI-GM2 will not work.

PART# VCI-FRD1:

The VCI-FRD1 is a Plug & Play interface kit that plugs directly into the vehicle wire harness without the need to cut and splice the factory harness.

Takes less than 5 minutes to wire the VCI-FRD1 into most vehicles.
Provides +12 volt accessory, ground and reverse (some vehicles) signal wires for the main interface.

Works with Lincoln: 2003-2005 LS, 2003-2005 Aviator, 2004-2005 Navigator and 2003-2005 Towncar with external navigation unit.

PART# VA26:

The VA26 is a video amplifier. It has two selectable inputs that amplifies the signal to drive 6 individual video monitors. All 6 outputs shows the same video source from either input 1 or input 2. The VA26 does not show input 1 and input 2 simultaneously.
